Johan served with the Roodepoort Emergency Services as a fire fighter and paramedic for fourteen years he then apleid for a position in the public safety department where he was in a senior position and also served as a assistant range officer at the interational shooting range at Cicil Range Park and part in the establishment of the dog unit before he founded the NAD Group of Companies .Johan is the general manager of operations and facilitating several training courses in his scope of expertise

Leon van Rooyen the founder of NAD Training Center served with the Roodepoort Emergency services for sixteen years and progressed to a fire prevention officer and civil defence instructor before he started the OSHA Administrators group which is now part of the NAD Group of companies .Leon is serving as an assessor and moderator for the newly established training center and is acredited and registered with LGETA ,HWSETA,SASETA and EDTP SETA to assess and moderate on 110 acredited unit standards

Nizza entered into the NAD venture from when it was founded and serve as administrator of the NAD Training center

Although Johan is maniging NAD Security he is also involve in the training center as a accrediited assessor and facilitator

Sunette joined the company recently as an administrative clerk and are responsible for bookings and administration

Hennie served with various companies in senior sales positions before he joined the group as sales manager in charge of marketing
